After reviewing the transaction received from the Royal Court No. 4387 dated 21/1/1441 AH, which includes the telegram of His Royal Highness, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General commission for Survey (GCS) No. 1-1-24746 dated 22/9/1438 AH, Concerning the proposed organization project for the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information, and the separation of the military area from the organizational structure of the Authority.
After reviewing the organization of the General commission for Survey, issued by Council of Ministers Resolution No. (8) dated 14/01/1427 AH
After reviewing Council of Ministers Resolution No. (388) dated 30/12/1431 AH.
After reviewing the minutes No. (407) dated 3-3-1440 A.H., No. (1587)
And the date 9/2/1440 A.H., and the notes No. (335) and the date of 27/04/1441 AH, No. (1127) and the date of 9/12/1441 AH, and No. (1197) and the date of 26/12/1441 AH, prepared in the Council of Experts in the Council of Ministers.
After reviewing the recommendation prepared by the Council of Economic and Development Affairs No. (11-41 / 41 / D) dated 25/11/1441 AH.
After reviewing the recommendation of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers No. (404) dated 15/01/1442 AH.
First: Approving the organization of the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information, in the attached form.
Second: Separating the military survey from the General commission for Survey, and annexing it to the Ministry of Defense, to be within the ministry's organizational structure.
Third: Cancelling Council of Ministers Resolution No. (388) dated 30/12/1431 AH.
Fourth: The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information - as an exception to the provisions contained in its organization referred to in Clause (First) of this resolution - may, within (four) years, conduct business of an executive nature in the field of survey and geospatial information, to prepare the sector in a way that enables companies and individuals to invest in it.
Fifth: The formation of a technical committee in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and membership of representatives from: The Ministry of Finance, the Public Pension Agency, and the General Organization for Social Insurance, and the General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information, to lay down the necessary rules and arrangements to deal with the conditions of the Authority’s employees who are to be subject to the work system and the social insurance system, and to remove what is necessary.
